Hansford Herald - 2021 Highlights
Good ole 2021. Who knew what it would look like after the way 2020 upended all expectations. For us there were continued changes, some good, some sad. In late March/early April the whole family made it back to Manzanita! Since we were all working and schooling remotely still, we managed to get in a week down at the beach. It was great to be down there and we stressed the vacation internet to the max! But if we waited to find a time when we could all pull away from work and school, we'd still be waiting. At the end of April , Brian road tripped out to Colorado to surprise his Dad for his birthday. It was a smooth drive both ways and all had a great time - and it was a wonderful surprise!! Activities with the Mini car club continued this year including a drive out to historic Maryhill Loops Road - the first macadam asphalt-paved road in the Pacific Northwest in June .
